Ain't no party like a Scranton party, cause a Scranton party don't stop

Well reader (readers, hopefully!), I did it! I pulled off my greatest trick yet. I successfully threw a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband. And the best part, HE HAD NO IDEA! Somehow, I managed to pull this off, despite my complete and utter lack of party planning skills. I need to take this opportunity to thank Jill and Tracy, my super great SIL's for helping me get everything set up and running smoothly. And of course, I need to thank Mimi (with some help from Tracy) for cleaning up the kitchen so that my morning today has been so much more managable. We had a great time! My parents were there, my brothers and their various others, Rusty's brother, sister, and nephew, and other assorted neighbors, friends, and police officers. A good time was had by all. Check out some of the action and judge for yourself!

Rusty's brother Wayne was a great help in keeping him out of the house all day, shooting guns and bonding.

Does Ally ever wear clothes? She and Corena spent much of the party running all around in just their panties, but having a swell time doing it. They are so cute together and are getting to be the best of friends. The pinata was lots of fun for the kiddies, but Rusty actually got to break it.

All the kids enjoyed the water slide immensely, except perhaps for Lila, who didn't really think it was her cup of tea.

Jeremiah, on the other hand, decided to show off a rather unorthodox style of sliding.

And Jeb clearly didn't understand that the trampoline was for the kids to jump on.

It was a great party!

It was great!! I am so glad your brothers/families and Rusty's brother and sister coud be there. Jeb was funny with his gifts and extra booze. Family is what truly rocks!

Wow, I bow to your mad party-throwing skillz. I'd never be able to pull off something like that!

The party was great. Mostly naked Ally and Corena loved showing off their booty-shakin' good dance moves as well as making 53 crafts a piece. The food was delic, drinks tasty and the cake was worth every calorie. Kudos on a fun fiesta!
