Just flicking the jab, trying to see what sticks.

Well, I had my first official "coaches" meeting today at Riley's school. If you remember, I have volunteered to be the middle school cheer coach. So, today, we had a meeting to discuss "things", and throw that term around very loosely. I'm about as in the dark now as I was before said meeting occurred. I asked the following questions, "Is there a list of chants?" and "are there any regulations involved regarding stunts and tumbling?", because 1. It's been um, shall we say, several years since I've donned a super short skirt, and I don't really remember any cheers, and 2. I know that cheerleading has become WAY more sophisticated than when I did it, just look at Riley's ridiculous moves as proof, and I wanted to be sure I didn't incur any liability for the school. Well, my answers were: 1. "Ask the girls about the cheers. They should remember some." and 2. "Well, to be honest, we haven't really done an official cheer program, so I don't really know." Thanks, I feel SO much better.

U-G-L-Y you ain't got no alibi?? Is that appropriate for Christian middle schoolers?? I've got a few more up my sleeve if you need them.
